My name is Aude
I am a registered Psychotherapist, Transformational Coach and Hypnotherapist based in Guildford, Surrey for adults and teenagers.

Over a decade of clinical experience includes working in specialist schools, colleges, private practice and charities, with a wide range of mental health difficulties including Anxiety, Depression, Narcissistic Abuse, childhood or adult Trauma, Confidence, Relationships, ADHD/ADD, emotional eating, LGBTQ+ challenges, workplace issues.

My multi-disciplinary approach is tailored to my client's individual needs and mind states. This incorporates humanistic, person-centred, psychodynamic, life coaching, Gestalt, CBT modalities, NLP, hypnotherapy, meditation and mindfulness.

I am a multi-disciplinary Therapist because every client is unique and comes with unique needs, personality and experiences so there are no cookie cutter or mould to fit into....

​​In our work together I offer a safe environment to explore, process, understand and manage your feelings, thoughts and behaviours, enabling you to heal and make empowered choices through Therapy or/and Coaching.

My professional expertise is helping clients overcome, manage or heal from emotional and narcissistic abuse, relationships, neurodivergence, anxiety and depression.​

I offer the opportunity for you to understand how your past experiences shaped who you are now, how your unique mind works and guide you towards your desired goal, healing or/and changes with the therapeutic support you need, as well as practical tools and techniques tailored to you.

Being a registered Member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy and the National Council of Hypnotherapy I follow their ethical guidelines.

My private practice is based in Guildford town centre, 3 min walk from the train station and easy access from the A3.
